Universal's P917 Bus Depot

The proposed P917 (Bus Depot) project developer is Universal City Development Partners, LTD. and is located within the Universal/Sand Lake Road Complex within Orange County, Florida. TLP's scope involved the design and preparation of construction plans along with procuring permits for the project from multiple regulatory agencies. The proposed site is 16.88-acres and consists of an entrance road, an access road, significant drainage and utility improvements, and a parking lot for over 100 buses and maintenance vehicles.
