TLP, responsible for site development design and plans including utilities for a new office in Winter Park. This project involved close coordination with Florida Department of Transportation District 5 for modifications to the median opening along Lee Road and obtaining Driveway Connection and Drainage Connection Permits. This project also involved obtaining a permit from SJRWMD as well as Permits from City of Winter Park and FDEP (General Use Permit). The TLP team was also in charge of design, preparation of constructions documents, permitting and bidding assistance for all utilities associated with this new facility in Winter Park. These utilities included potable water, fire line, sanitary sewer with lift stations, as well as obtaining FDEP General Use Permit.
