Parke House Academy Gymnasium, Winter Park, FL

TLP, responsible for the design, preparation of constructions documents, permitting and bidding assistance for all civil site design associated with this new facility in Winter Park. Project included utilities such as potable water, fire line and sanitary sewer with lift stations. This project also involved obtaining permits from SJRWMD (Stormwater) and FDEP (Sanitary and Water Supply).
