EPCOT Center Drive EB Bridges, Orange County, FL

Final design and plans production to replace the superstructures and provide pier strengthening for EPCOT Center Drive EB over World Drive and EB & WB over the EPCOT Entrance Road. The EB bridges are both single lane, 27'-9" wide replacements consisting of AASHTO Type II & III girders. The World Drive crossing is a four span bridge 221' long and the EPCOT Entrance Rd crossing is a four span bridge 284' long. The WB bridge over the EPCOT Entrance Rd is a four span, two land bridge, 234' long by 41'-1" wide replacement, consisting of AASHTO Type II & III girders. All bridges required pier strengthening utilizing carbon fiber wrap methodology.
