SR 528 from East of SR 3 to Port Canaveral, Volusia County, FL

Final design plans and preparation of construction documents, and permits for SR 528 widening from east of SR 3 to the Port Canaveral Interchange, a distance of five miles. This project will add one general-use lane in each direction and a 12-foot multi-use trail along the north side of SR 528. This project includes three interchanges at Banana River Drive, SR 401 and George King Boulevard as well as replacement of five twin bridges at Sykes Creek, Banana River Drive, Banana River Relief, Banana River and SR 401.

This project was awarded the Florida TaxWatch 2023 Septic-to-Sewer Conversion to Eliminate Stormwater Ponds.
